DELEGATION FROM OVER 40 COUNTRIES VISITS NCA

We had the honour of welcoming an esteemed delegation of officers from armed forces and their families, hailing from over 40 countries at the National College of Arts. As part of their year long National Security and War Course at the National Defence University, Islamabad, the group visited NCA to experience its renowned cultural and artistic environment.
During the visit, the delegation explored the college’s dynamic departments, immersing themselves in its rich history and diverse academic pursuits. A standout moment of the tour was the Degree Show, where the creative brilliance of the graduating students left a lasting impression on the visitors.
To remember the occasion forever, the college and the delegation exchanged thoughtfully curated souvenirs, symbolising a gesture of cultural appreciation and international camaraderie. This visit underscored the unifying power of art, bringing about meaningful exchanges and mutual respect among global communities.

EDUCATION MINISTER OF PUNJAB VISITS NCA DEGREE SHOW 2024

Rana Sikandar Hayat, the esteemed Education Minister of Punjab, visited the ongoing Degree Show 2024 at the National College of Arts. He was warmly received by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Murtaza Jafri, who accompanied him throughout the visit.
During the tour, the minister admired creativity and dedication of the graduating students, whose work showcased innovation, artistic excellence, and a deep understanding of contemporary issues. Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Murtaza Jafri, emphasised the importance of government support in promoting arts education. The Degree Show 2024 continues to attract visitors from various fields, celebrating the artistic achievements of NCA's graduating class.

Continuing its proud tradition, the National College of Arts once again opens its doors to the public for its flagship event, Degree Show 2024. This grand showcase of creativity and innovation, inaugurated by the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training, Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, will run from December 30th, 2024 to January 28th, 2025. This show will remain open daily from 10 am to 6 pm, including weekends.
