In light of the recent weather conditions and ongoing alerts, all students are strictly advised to refrain from traveling to flood-affected regions, particularly the Northern Areas, including Gilgit-Baltistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
National College of Arts has not authorised any student tours to these areas.
The advisory has been issued due to continuous heavy rainfall and the increased risk of flash floods, landslides, and road blockages, posing serious safety concerns.
The National College of Arts (NCA) places the utmost importance on the safety and well-being of its students and strongly discourages all non-essential travel during this period.
Students are advised to stay informed through official updates and exercise caution.

VERIFICATION PROCESS FOR EQUIVALENCE CERTIFICATES

To all universities and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), we have received a request from the Embassy of Pakistan in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to strictly adhere to the official verification process for equivalence certificates. The Embassy and Consulate General of Pakistan in Dubai facilitate degree verification for Pakistani expatriates free of cost, but third-party companies (such as Quadrabay and Dataflow) have been approaching universities directly, charging high fees and bypassing official channels. To prevent exploitation, please only process degree verifications in response to official requests from the Embassy of Pakistan, Abu Dhabi, or the Consulate General of Pakistan, Dubai, and do not engage with third-party companies.
