Applications are invited for the award of the Merit-Cum-Inaffordability Scholarship Scheme 2024-25 for the academic session admissions of NCA Lahore and Rawalpindi for the year 2025 (Foundation Year – First Semester Students). This scholarship is open to students domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) and erstwhile FATA.

The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) is open for registration for the academic session admissions of NCA Lahore and Rawalpindi 2025 (Foundation Year - First Semester Students) for the award of Scholarship. The last date for registration is 1st March 2025.

VERIFICATION PROCESS FOR EQUIVALENCE CERTIFICATES

To all universities and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), we have received a request from the Embassy of Pakistan in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to strictly adhere to the official verification process for equivalence certificates. The Embassy and Consulate General of Pakistan in Dubai facilitate degree verification for Pakistani expatriates free of cost, but third-party companies (such as Quadrabay and Dataflow) have been approaching universities directly, charging high fees and bypassing official channels. To prevent exploitation, please only process degree verifications in response to official requests from the Embassy of Pakistan, Abu Dhabi, or the Consulate General of Pakistan, Dubai, and do not engage with third-party companies.

⚠ SECURITY ALERT FOR NCA STUDENTS ⚠

We have received reports of scam callers targeting NCA students, pretending to be representatives from the Higher Education Commission (HEC). These callers send a code to your phone, claiming it is for verification, but their actual intent is to hack your WhatsApp account. Unfortunately, a few students have already fallen victim to this scam.

What you should do:

1- Do not share any codes sent to your phone, even if the caller claims to be from HEC or any other official organization.
2-Be cautious of unsolicited calls or messages.
3-Enable two-step verification on WhatsApp for added security.
